Kashmir : Tourism or Terrorism

Kashmir is no longer a heaven place for tourists but it may be a place that takes you to the heaven. The ongoing tussle between security forces and stone pelters on different occasions and front led to the death of a tourist. I recently wrote an article about the excuses given in the favour of stone pelters and raises some serious questions about them (Human Rights).

In 2008 when about 60 locals were killed still no attacks on tourist and tourism was an important part of financial aid Kashmir have.
Recently stone-pelters targeted a group of tourists and that resulted in the death of a tourist, this is the 1st ever case of tourist killing in the valley, regardless of this I have no surprise that people of valley done this, When the people can't stand for their own army then why do you think they will save tourists from stone-pelters. This raised the serious question about security and future of tourism in J&K.

Chief Minister Mufti condoles the death of tourist and ensures strict action against culprits, we all know how strict they can get. Stone-pelting during Army's operation against terrorist is now a common ritual. Recently Tiger was encountered by Major Shukla after Tiger challenged him.
I think now he got his "Azadi".

Army also have hands in it, they always let the Commander post vacant for the Terrorist group and not allow them to work more than 1 week. Apart from jokes, there is a serious issue and J&K Govt have to look on it as now the Tourism in Valley will decrease and yet another set back to employment in the valley.
There are no such points as literacy and deficiency of education led locals to join the terrorist organizations. Several higher educated scholars join organizations.
Serious questions popped into my mind and I hopes someone can give me answers to this:-
1) Why Kashmir has special laws?
2) Why locals intercept/disturb Army during special operations or encounter?
3)Why young boys continue to join terrorist organizations?
4) What led locals to fight against their own Army? Is it b'coz of money or something else?

Give me answers in the comment sections and share this post if you have the same question to ask.
